Thank you :thanks:
I rigged it.  I don't have a tutorial about how to do it.  I just followed many tutorials available out there.  The weight map editing contributes to most of it.  Unfortunately, the weight map editing is not exact science.  I still perform a lot of trial-and-error cycles to get it done in the way I like to see.  That's time consuming :(
If you are using Genesis 2 or previous version.  It may be harder because the TriAx weight map is more complex than the general weight map used by Genesis 3 and 8.

could you help point me out at one, i was able to use rigidity for it to stop deforming but now everytime i move the neck side to side, the necklace digs in the neck....

so i guess have to move the bones out, or scale them up, dont have any idea.... any clue would help ...cheers again

Do not scale the bones up!  Scale is very tricky.  You will have to perform ERC freeze and some extra steps.  I cannot fully understand that process.

Try not to get thing too complicated.  There are few ways to make it stop deforming.  You can set the rigid part to have weight as 75%.  Then, smooth the weight around it.  It should be good enough.

The most extreme way is to create your own rig for the necklace.  Then, parent the necklace to the neck.  In this way, the necklace can fit many characters.

hmmm...parenting does help, it helped the earrings, no deformation, maybe will do the same for the necklace, thanks ...

fellow artist helping each other out, so nice:clap:

I'm thinking of working on an everyday tote bag

Bags are necessities for women, are not they?

:D
I wondered why not many artists make nice bags
There are many earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc...

I think so, too. Those props should make 3DCG more realistic.
