Description
"Gulp"
Teratophoneus currie, Deinosuchus hatcheri. An acrylic painting I did of a Teratophoneus downing a baby Deinosuchus.
This will be the start of a new tyrannosaur portrait series, a redux of the one I did in 2013. I just finished up a portrait of Jane and will post it online later next week. I did the pencil-work for a few more paintings that I will start coloring up soon. I wonder if they would make a good poster?
Completed in late January.
Done using acrylics and color pencils.

It’s almost like that sequence from the Ride DINOSAUR at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Only that was an Asian Tyrannosaur called Alioramus. Plus, it was eating whole a different crocodilian.
