This is a perfect example of how a few words can change a lot in AI generation.

The image was made starting from the drop of water, without image reference, only by changing a few words.

I had enough style description in words to be confident the style would be similar,

The drop of water start with; ''hyper-detailed close-up of a single drop of water suspended in midair, inside the droplet is a miniature...''

And for the Amoeba I replaced; ''hyper-detailed close-up of a single amoeba cell suspended in midair, inside the droplet is a miniature...''

This is the only difference, then I used this image as image prompt reference to stay in this range:

And after 2 run I got the image I shared (plus 1 edit that I did not use).

It might seems simple, but the true craft is in the prompt. There's clue in the rose image to be found (Image also done by me and AI generation, but not on midjourney).

P.S.:

A difference in the chaos to get more variation was done for the drop of water
