Author’s Note:  I was a bit shocked by the overwhelmingly positive reaction to Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Boob Works.  Originally I had intended it to be a one shot, but with so many people saying they’d like to see more, I’m revisiting that idea.  Will there be more chapters?  It’s hard to say.  There’s certainly more that can be done with these characters, but one thing that I take very seriously is the idea that there is a kind of trust between the writer and the reader.  I am always humbled when people enjoy something I create, and I want to make sure anything I put out is as good as it can possibly be.   Tha

Chapter 2 – “The Knights of Crux” The Knight Manager looked incredulously at the young girl who stood before her.  She was dressed in a yellow blouse, and a pair of black shorts that were cuffed at the bottom, so that they billowed out slightly to either side.  They had a line of yellow stitching running down each leg that matched the color of her shirt.  She had thought that they looked very clever together when she had picked them out that morning, but now, under the agonizing scrutiny of the marshal, she wasn’t so sure. Over all of this, she wore the standard issue blue and white Crux jacket that it was the duty

Chapter 1 - “A Visitor In The Night” Iri Flina sat in the parlor of one of the mansions owned by the Crescents.  Her visit in the night, unexpected and unannounced, had caused no small stir, for while she was a member of the Flina family, she was not a part of the Crescent bloodline - nor did she belong to the bloodline of their rivals, the Scardels.  No, Iri Flina, who sat in the parlor with her one blue eye uncovered, with an eye patch covering her other, red one, had the blood of both houses flowing in her veins.  And to the Crescents, that made her something of an unknown quantity, and one to be treated with caution, and mor

He was dressed in a very fine armor, of heavily lacquered scales that were laced with green laces.  It was made after a very old pattern, like a box with three sides.  The fourth side, under his right arm, was open, with a single, solid plate tied beneath it to cover the gap.  On his left he wore a sword with a straight blade, hung with its edge facing down. Sesshomaru regarded him with only mild interest. "You aren't Yamahiko," Kikyo said calmly, flexing her bow.  "Yamahiko is here--this is his coffin.  You're just a foul thing

Sesshomaru glanced at Kikyo.  Kikyo looked the other way. "I doubt it was me that he was afraid of", Sesshomaru said. Kikyo had just finished changing back into her old kimono and gone out the door to her room as he thought it.  She was already down the hall and into the main room when he opened his door.  By the time he got to the porch, she was well down the path.  He could just see the glow of her white kimono in the distance when he got there.  But she was not going towards the mountain.  She was headed away from the village, out towards the forest.   It was easy to follow her in the moonlight.  There w

At Last!

At Last!

Thank you to everyone who has been reading Moon Behind Clouds! Chapter 6 is up now -- sorry for the week delay. I like to have updates every Friday, whenever possible, but last week I was very busy, and I just wasn't happy with how the chapter turned out, so I took the extra week to do some tweaking. Kikyo and Sesshomaru are both feisty, headstrong creatures by themselves. Trying to get them to cooperate is no easy task, and adding a new, evil demon into the mix only complicated things! I hope you enjoy the chapter, and thanks again to everyone who's been following this story. Ammaranth
