I dig the layout. So if I'm looking at this like an actual file, would Christine's full body picture be on the on the outside then open up and see the IDS information?
No. It would be a standard manilla file with her designation on the tab. It would likely open to several snapshot photos of her; candids they were able to steal during surveillance and shots from her time as their captive. Beneath that would be the pages of the file.
