Contrast - Easter Morvell

I hope you like it. For this challenge I chose to do a portrait as well, the bg is still somewhat inspired by Winterhalter. The character I chose is Easter Morvell, she's born in 1809, Manchester, so I've drawn her in a 1835 dress, though it's inspired by a french one. Also, she's the great-granddaugther of my OC Eva Wood.

For the contrast I chose neon-like colors for the dress, which I think is a contrast in two ways, one to the bg, which is made of the coplementary colors, as well as to her skin and hair, which are not as bright in color as the rest.
