Kelsa's are a dragon like species with a slight equine influence. They're omnivores and usually live in groups, although its not unknown for them to live alone or with just a partner.

Each one is 120 points.

Do not resell the design. You may make minor changes to the design, add scars or add accessories.

in the event that someone else claims an adoptable, but doesn't pay for it, it will go to the next person to CLAIM it. So if you see one that is on hold, you can still put a CLAIM comment. Then in the event that the person before you doesn't pay, the second person to have claimed it will get it.
