For example, when i first joined the work field, I met my boss and I got used to his way doing things done at our department level. He was very creative, smart and really ambitious ! :w00t: Sadly, the division's manager recommended to have some line managers routing within the departments :sprint: , so i had a new boss and my ex one went to another department... i thought they're all the same and no change would be there in the way our dept is being ruled. MY WORLD COLLAPSED!   Things never remain the same .. it just was a NEW STYLE , NEW OFFICES ARRANGEMENT, NEW RULING WAY :confused: ... its not that bad but it was just different  .. am not
