Following yet another defeat at the hands of humanity's super powered protectors, the mad scientist Ulysses Ultra finally completed his ultimate creation, the virtually invincible mechanoid called Ultrageddon. The pinnacle of his robotics genius, Ultrageddon was capable of self-repairing and self-evolving, developing whatever capabilities it needed to destroy a target. Ultra chose to put his own brain into this unit in order to finally experience victory over his hated rivals in Power Force. While his power proved superior to the heroes, he realized that he could no longer feel sensations or experience emotions. He had become nothing more than a shade inhabiting a cold, lifeless shell. Though he triumphed over his enemies, his victory was hollow, and he retreated to try and reconcile his new existence with his former ambitions.
