A mutant born with the power to project psionic waves that disrupt perception and balance, the flamboyant criminal known as Topsy Turvy can literally turn her enemies' worlds upside down. Her power emanates from her right eye and anyone in its field of vision loses all sense of direction, coordination, sensory input, and is temporarily rendered completely dysfunctional, long enough for the nimble jester to make her escape or land a series of hard knocks.
