Oneiros

Ruthless leader of the psionic Morpheons, he leads his forces to absorb the collective minds of entire planets into the Living Dream, an illusory reality created by Oneiros himself. While he claims this is to protect them from an unspeakable horror that is soon to befall the galaxy, most consider him nothing more than a warlord and an insane one at that.

Mad or not, few beings in the galaxy can match his immense psionic power, fueled as it is by the collective minds of all those who now inhabit the Living Dream. Any who have challenged him were either annihilated or turned into his obedient servants. There seems to be no stopping his self-appointed task of "saving" the galaxy.
