Powers- Simone has trained extensively in martial arts and various fields of forensic science, becoming an expert crime scene investigator. She uses an array of personalized equipment in her vigilante activities including custom body armor that protects her from conventional firearms, a micro-circuitry cape that is able to display an array of colors for camouflage as well as glide, her signature Glitter Gun that fires a beam of dazzling colors that blinds targets, and a mask that affords her several different spectra of vision. Her antennae are tuned to police and disaster frequencies, so she is always aware of trouble. She is also a skilled actress and a master of disguise.

Bio- Simone was the child of a wealthy couple who pushed her to excel in the performing arts, becoming an opera star like her mother. However, during a special performance where they sang a duet together on stage, her mother was shot and killed by a sniper working for a criminal cartel that her father had gotten in debt with. Incensed by this horrible act of violence, she has devoted her life to fighting crime in the dark alleys where it lurks. Wishing to shine a bright light into the darkness, she adopted the motif of a brightly colored butterfly. Though ridiculous to some, the criminals of Paris have learned to fear the flash of rainbow that proceeds her appearance.

Simone was reluctant to join a team, let alone one in America, but her best friend Magnifique ultimately convinced her to join Power Force alongside her.
