Kayde-Portrait

This next set of characters are classified as Outlaws and are not associated with any of the previously mentioned factions. Most of them are criminals and exiles who wander the wastes, enacting their own agendas.

Kayde- a mysterious man whose right arm is possessed by a dark matter entity. In truth, he is the older brother of Prince Alvis and the rightful heir to the throne, but his current plight makes him unfit to rule, as he cannot trust that his powers won’t cause more harm than good. He conceals his identity and wanders the Rad Lands doing what good he can.

Abilities:

Kayde's right arm contains a dark matter entity, allowing it to transform into a large, demonic appendage that possesses incredible strength and destructive capabilities. Dark Matter is a corruptive, degenerate form of matter that doesn't obey physical laws. It breaks down and consumes other forms of matter and can project beams of disintegration capable of destroying almost anything. It is also capable of restoring itself if destroyed, the broken pieces bond together easily. The volatile nature of the entity makes it hard for Kayde to control what it does and thus he is reluctant to use it except in dire emergencies. His prior training as a mage gives him a measure of mastery over the power within him, but it constantly wrestles with him for full dominance.
