Eyecatcher-Portrait

C-Rank Threat: Eyecatcher

A mysterious amateur sorceress who uses eyeballs as proxies for her unique form of ocular spellcasting, she can pluck them right out of the heads of other living beings using her dark magic. Her collection of floating eyes has all different sorts of magical vision: x-ray vision, telescopic vision, microscopic vision, heat vision, cold vision, hypnotic vision, paralytic vision, terror vision, future vision, death vision, etc. Of course, whatever one of her eyes sees, she sees as well. Seeking mostly to avoid physical conflict, she serves the villain community largely as a spy and informant, usually in exchange for fresh new eyeballs. It is possible she has made a pact with some manner of eldritch being who desires more and more eyes for itself.

(Odd character quirk, if she was ever to have spoken dialogue written out, every time she said "I" it would be written as "Eye" just to be creepy.)
