Description
What if the colonization of Vinland had succeeded?
Here is that story!------------------------

-----------------------
In the 9th century Iceland was colonized by the Vikings from Norway. It is then a virgin land without any human.
Around the year 1000, Erik the Red established a colony in Greenland, discovered shortly before.
Shortly after his son Leif Erikson ventured even further west and arrived in Vinland, the exact location of which remains unknown.

The Vinland sagas report three colonization attempts, the best known of which is that of Thorfinn Karlsefni (around 1010). They all fail in the face of the hostility of the natives, the Skrælings, however few and primitive.
If the sagas were written in the 13th century, Vinland is known in Europe from the 11th century. Thus the work "Gesta Hammaburgensis" by Adam of Bremen, dating from around 1070, mentions it.
All that remains is to find an adventurer who is daring or crazy enough to attempt this adventure again.
