After 54 months of war and 20 months of civil war, all the belligerents are exhausted.

The war was fierce with at least 10,500,000 dead (a quarter only in fighting):

- The USA lost 1,500,000 soldiers, or 15% of the men of fighting age.

- The Boers of Vrijland lost 900,000 people including 500,000 whites, or 15% of them.

- The English lost 1,100,000 soldiers, including 600,000 Indians.

- The Brazilians lost 7,000,000 people, including 3,400,000 in the civil war. 800,000 are Indian soldiers, 2,600,000 civilians and 3,600,000 soldiers (civilians + military, about 5% of Bretons).

The peace of Washington is made on the acquired advantages, the English having been able to completely conquer Conania in 1873 and retake Luanda in 1874.

Brazil has lost a lot of territories, many of them worthless, but keeps its Spanish, Indian and South African strongholds, the latter even being reinforced. The heaviest loss is that of Argentina which is a direct threat. The only advantage, the Brazilian power can make the rebels responsible for the defeat.

The Anglo-Saxons emerge victorious but the war has been ruinous and the United Kingdom emerges particularly weakened compared to the USA.
