In the 1860s, countries opposed to Brazil came together within the Germanic Pact. This unofficial group takes this name because all of them are Germanic speakers.

Thus the United Kingdom, Prussia and its German satellites, the USA and Vrijland establish plans to dismantle the Brazilian power and its French and Russian allies.

Brazil and its allies have immense troops, 5,200,000 men against 1,500,000 opposite. They also have 16 million reservists compared to 6 million. But the Germans have the advantage on the seas with 90 battleships against 49 opposite.

Prussia must defeat France and contain the Russians. It will also have to face the Hispanic-Brazilians.

The English fleet must cut the Old World from Brazil and retake the Mediterranean.

The US fleet must blockade the Antilles and its army drive the Brazilians out of North America.

The Boers of Vrijland and the English will go against Southern Africa.

The English alone will have to contain the Brazilians in India and drive them out of the Far East.
