It's been two months since my last journal post and about 5 months since my last artwork post. Because of this I just want to send my deepest apologies out to all of you, especially those who ordered commissions. I know I had promised back in my last journal to have them done by now and am extremely embarrassed to not be able to say today that they are completed and posted. I was even dumb enough to forget a lot of my pens to use for digital works back at home after moving away. That being said though, I finally was able to get them back and am set to change my ways. I really want to just sit down and put together the best possible pieces I can for all of you and for others in the future in a timely manner. I am so grateful to all of you as well for continuing to stick by my side and for the continued support and understanding at times when my mental health isn't the greatest and delays me from posting works or just having a lot of tolerance for my procrastination with things. We're all human and procrastination is just one of those things that gets in our way in so many aspects of life but I am definitely dead set on producing pieces at a much quicker pace and leaving procrastination in the dust. During this lengthy hiatus I've had a ton of time to just take a step back and reflect on this journey and it's definitely a journey I want to continue on. Once commissions are completed I will be moving on to two mini series' and my main larger series. The two smaller ones with have some real life aspects in them from personal experiences while the larger one will be the one I've hyped up over the past couple of months. I also really want to continue on this journey as it's been such an amazing time discussing new movies and shows with all of you in the comments on my profile and digital posts. I've discovered so many great new shows and movies during my time as a digital art enthusiast and this has opened so many new doors of possibilities. I found Wolf's Rain a couple months back and it's still, to this day, one of my all time favorites. Sure, am I biased because it has wolves? Of course!
but I loved it in the end for its fantastic story and well designed cast of characters as well. I've also been in touch with the voice actress of Blue and it's been so inspirational to chat with someone who actually worked directly on the show. I want to keep having these experiences and learning about shows and movies from all of you so expect A LOT more pieces coming up along with the commissions as well (For real this time!) from now on. Of course during this hiatus I have been doing quick sketches and doodles that I cannot wait to share with all of you as well. Well it's late where I am so I'm heading off but, once again I highly appreciate your patience and understanding, good night!
