{HS} Day: Swimming | Lantern Festival

Ah the lantern festival! What a perfect time to relax and do whatever one wants to do. As for Shiro? That meant a peaceful swim!

Few hours after the sun broke the sky, the dark Blue-Eart started making his way to Hope's Lake along with other cats tagging along with him to the festival, the newly made General was rather relieved to leave Earth tribe's camp to have a day of basking in the sun- even swimming! Perfect! The thought of swimming in Hope's Lake(where he first met Ella) thrilled the dark Somali mix. So much that he was catching up in pace so he could jump in the ever so cold water, to escape the hot summer sun. It was rather torture for him due to his dark fur.

Coming closer to Highreach, he knew right at the other side of the tall beacon of a mountain was the lake. With that in mind, Shiro went from a walk to a run! Hope's Lake, here I come! The dark Blue-Earth thought with a purr rising from his throat. Everything was racing before him, cats and foliage and then he broke it! Seeing the beautiful blue surface, Shiro leapt into the lake, diving down and breaking the water's surface. The moment he arrived, Shiro spent half of his day swimming in the water or resting on the sandy shore. It was a wonderful time to just relax and enjoy the festivities- one of them at least.
