Dr. Mario might just be Mario in a lab coat but he still packs a punch. While regular Mario can punch a quick fighter, Dr. Mario is a slower and heavier than regular Mario. He punches more harder and can unleash the Big Boy Stomp. He also throws Megavitamins which lead to more damage on opponents than fireballs. Make sure he isn't giving you the check-up.
