Submission Guidelines

SUBMISSION GUIDE LINES :: READ THIS BEFORE SUBMITTING WORK

Only members can make submissions.

All non-tutorial submissions must be Photoshop resource oriented under the following formats:

(.png) Portable Network Graphics
(.psd) Photoshop Document
(.atn) Action Script
(.csh) Custom Shapes
(.abr) Brushes
(.pat) Patterns
(.jsx) Scripts
(.asl) Styles
(.aco) Color Swatch
(.acb) Color Book & Pantone
(.shc) Contour
(.acv) Curve
(.eap) Exposure Profiles
(.grd) Gradients
(.hsl) Hue & Saturation Levels

We do not accept image formats for development (i.e: .jpg, .gif, .ico, tga, .tiff, etc.) unless they are tutorials, which are in .jpg or flash video format.

All submissions must be free for non-commercial, non-profit use and linked directly from Deviant Art. (NO off site links!)

All submissions are subject to vote by administrators and may be accepted or denied without explanation. (Though we will try and give a reason.)

Submissions are limited to 3 a day.

All submissions must be submitted to the proper gallery folder. If there is no gallery folder for your deviation, please send a note to the group and explain your submission and why it needs its own folder. Any deviation submitted to the wrong folder OR violates these guidelines, will receive a warning. The 2nd offense will lose membership and not be permitted to submit deviations.

All submissions must be of good quality standards. We check for:

Authenticity. (Is it what you claim it is.)

Of good designership and organization

Contains no advertising.

Not a duplicate or slight variation to something already submitted. (The only exception is photo manipulation actions. i.e. lighting, color, B&W, contrast, saturation, etc.) We'll decide on a case basis, based on workmanship.

Submissions may not use copyright images in their work, as examples or as apart of the resource in any way. This is copyright infringement and against DA rules. help.deviantart.com/8/

Only Designer and above can suggest deviations to the Featured gallery.
