Revenge at the hospital

Mike’s daughter had recently learned to drive. Unbeknownst to him, a coworker from fifteen years ago decided to have some get back. On one of her first outings, he met up with her and kept her distracted so she would not answer her phone. A pair of accomplices were dressed as police officers and arrived at Mike’s house. Knocking on the door, they informed him of the accident and that he needed to get to the hospital. When he arrived, he was taken to a room where a sheet was over a figure. Mike pulled the sheet back to reveal a mannequin with every disciplinary note he had ever written on it about the coworker taped to it. He became aware of the purported hospital staff and police officers pointing and laughing at him.
