Please read these guidelines before submitting to our gallery.

Here is the new submission process that the group will be following:

You can submit now 2 deviations per week.

A submission to our gallery will not be automatically accepted. We do NO Quality check but we check if you submit to the right folder and that mature content has a filter. So there are Folders that require a minimum quality, but if you don't have this quality, you can submit it to other folders.

We decline submissions to the wrong folder and mature content without filter and we decline submission that violates the rules of deviantArt. Everything else is very welcome. Please note that screenshots of games, movies etc. should have at least a copyright information of the owners, otherwise it maybe will be declined. All Screenshots have to go to the photomanipulation folder.

Declined submissions can be resubmitted - just make sure not to make the same mistake again. If you are unsure why it was declined just contact us! We will help you!

Please note that if a deviation was declined it will count as a submission and count to the submission limit. So make sure to hit the right folder at the first time or you have to wait a week until you will be able to resubmit it.

You can submit commission infos, contest infos, personal news etc. to our folder "Personal JOURNALS" allart-r-us.deviantart.com/gal… but only two submissions per month. It doesn`t matter if it is a real journal or a Commission sheet deviation. This is our special service where you can advertise, so please don`t abuse this privilege! Submissions to this folder can also be declined for several reasons, if you are unsure please contact us, we will make sure, that you always know what was happen.

If submissions expire it will be not because we are not active enough. Sometimes we did a click too fast or the da system is buggy. if something expires, please comment at the pending approval stage of your expired deviation (there is a link on the right side of this message in your inbox which says "no comments". If you click it, you`ll come to the comment section for open submissions (pending approval stage). We will check it as fast as we can.

Most of our admins comment on declined submissions with a short line about why it was declined. But we don`t have to do that! Sometimes it is way too much work and it is more important to keep the flow of deviations. But you can ALWAYS contact us if you want to know why it was declined. We now about the still existing problem that after you submitted something to the group you cannot see to which folder you have submitted, so don't be afraid to ask
