That's Cerenkov Radiation he's spewing.  Euratom is demanding that he be confined to...oops, no one has agreed upon where you put radioactive waste, especially if that waste objects to being transported.

No, no, you haven't got a problem with the perspective of architechture- the whole wall is collapsing forward relative to the tower!

I like how the fire's trail indicates the movement of the dragons head. Or that's how I look at it. Also, architecture gives me a lot to trouble, too, but honestly it still looks great here!
