Hey guys,

So, yeah, I'm back from my trip, having lost almost two weeks of news, fat and even protein gains I'd made over the last six months working in the gym. I would have been back sooner but unfortunately, as soon as I got back, a friend got himself in a traffic collision and I had to help out his family at the hospital so I hadn't been able to focus on anything else. The initial shock and impact of the accident and subsequent procedures are over now so I can finally, focus my energies on this group.

From now on, I should be accepting submissions daily.
