How to set your location:
Right click on the skin, click "Edit settings", and follow the further instructions from there.
How to set your preferred colors:
Go to Rainmeter\Skins\Minimal Weather\@ RESOURCES\Includes
Open common.inc with notepad
Edit > replace
In the "Find what" field,
put FontColor=c0c0c0 to change the primary font color (the grey part)
AND/OR
to change the secondary color (the blue/purple part) put in FontColor=b0c0ff
And then in the second field "Replace with" put in FontColor=*6digitHEXcode*, I do not recommend just typing like "red", refer to colorpicker.com and pick and use a HEX color.
