I got the model from
I wanted to get a hold of this model for years. I was surprised that I couldn't find a template for this cultish creature. I guess, he just isn't popular then.
This is a test build so I didn't bother with the claws.
I tried my best to refresh the textures, but I also included the original ones. The model itself isn't changed. The eyes and elbows are quite troublesome.
