I'm stuck circling
lost in the rhythm of the path
wandering endlessly trying
to find that that hidden answer
knowing that i circle,
will never find that answer
makes not a bit of difference.
i know that he doesnt love me
doesnt dream of me at night
but i cannot help but pretend
wishing that he wants me too
knowing that he doesnt care
doesnt make me stop
I'm stuck with not a way out
living in my mind.
letting jealously eat my heart
waiting for it to die
He was wearing jeans and a navy hoodie. Luckily, he had escaped out of his house before his father and mother had come home. And his sister was safe at the middle school dance. All was good for now. As he drove to her house, he wondered how the night would turn out. The car rumbled as his hands defly manuevered it through the suburban streets. He hoped that she was ready to go. When he finally reached her house, he saw that it was a sweet two story house, just lacking the white picket fence. He wondered if she had a dog. when he rang the doorbell there was a shuffling behind the door and her mother, it seemed, opened it. "Well, lets get a goo
He was wearing jeans and a blue hoodie. He had escaped out of his house before his father and mother came home. And his sister was at the middle school dance. All was good for now. He was on his way to her house. The car rumbled as his hands deftly manuvered it through the streets. He hoped that she was ready to go. When he got there, he stepped out of the car and walked to the door and rang the doorbell. There was a scrambling and her mother opened the door. "Well, lets get a good look at you." Behind her mother, he could see her blushing. The light was just perfect so that she seemed etheral. The jeans fit her perfectly and the jacket as we

Unfortunately, as soon as she walked into her suite, Cary completely freaked out on Diana. For once she wasn't on her phone, instead it seemed that she had been pacing waiting for Diana to return.
"WHAT is your problem!?! First, you left us at lunch. We were totally your crew and you abandoned us for some guy who you didn't even introduce us to. I mean I'm your roommate." Cary fumed and continued to tell Diana that she was the worst roommate that Cary had ever had. Tough spot to attain, seeing as I'm your first, Diana thought angrily. After her conversation with Cj she was feeling quite confident.
So instead of letting Cary finish her sen

She walked into the cafeteria and paid ahead of time for her buffet meal. She soon as she stepped in, she was accosted with smells of delicious pizza with runny cheese and spaghetti with the perfect ratio of spaghetti to sauce. Looking around, she decided to on the noodles. After getting a steaming plate and diet dr. Pepper, she turned to find somewhere to sit. Then, it hit her; the dilemma of who to sit with. Why didn't I think of it before? I don't have anyone to sit with. What am I going to do? The mistake of walking to lunch by herself was clearly apparent to her now. She glanced around the noisy, table filled cafeteria, mortified, and th

Icebreakers always make the process of making friends so much more complicated than it needs to be. Diana sighed at the introduction of the latest that the resident advisors had thought up. It was the second day of freshman orientation. Her roommate, Cary seemed cool enough so far. But Diana could already tell that they had nothing in common. It was a shame. But at least I'm on a co-ed floor. After all the backstabbing and drama of high school and the catfights, Diana was ready to move on. Her goal was to develop a backbone. She wasn't going to move around the campus like a wraith. Instead, she was going to meet different people and make lots
She pulled on her jeans, worn to a comfortable soft blue. It was the day of the game and as much as she wanted to go, she was dreading it. I mean to hang with a guy she had just talked to on the other day. And deal with his friends, that she knew didnt like her. THey were so different. Would she and he connect. Would she even have fun? What if his friends just made fun of her all night? It could be a disaster. Maybe she should say that she is sick. NO. that is weak. And he did seem to want to go with her. Well, she wasnt getting her hopes up. No way. I mean, she hadnt even seen him today. It had been a halfday so more than half the school had
He walked into his empty house wondering where his dad was. Instead of looking for food or his mom, he ran up the stairs into his room. It was a clear reflection of him, sort of. The posters of his favorite athletes on teh walls, but hidden in teh corner were his spelling bee trophees from middle school, before sports, and the fights. He through his bag onto his humongus bed and signed onto the internet. Immediately, he was imed by his friend from class

That night she sat eating dinner with her family. Her sister was chattering on about her history class and field hockey. Her mother was listening to her normal daughter with great attention. Her mother was a former cheerleading and her father had been an expert basketball player. Interestingly enough, her father was working late again. She was the weird artsy type. As her sister finished up her lecture about all the crazy girls in her classes, her mother decided to spend some attention on her older daughter, "so how was your day darling?"
"ok, i guess."
"..... just ok, anything exciting?..no?...are you sure?...ok." she stated to her daught
Where do we belong?
in the bleached sweetness of heaven,
or the dark gut wrenching pain of hell?
God? Have you foresaken us?
Are we made by the almighty,
or do we have the devil's mark?
Destined to crouch in the dark,
never to feel the the sun on our arms,
or the rainbows dancing in the sky.
Never to grow old,
to feel neverending energy.
An older mind in a youth's body
destined to feed on the
sweet infatuating nectar
of the unknowning mortal
for all of eternity.
Churches do not stop us, the garlic
and the stakes rendered pointless
the sunny morning or fire can send
our souls to whatever end.
But to whom would we go
When you stop and stand there
at the joining of the two roads,
think back upon your history
and the path that you have taken
When you are on your death bed,
what will run through your mind?
will you fear the unknown world
or rejoice the coming journey?
has your life rested upon one
disaster after painful another?
has misconception tore you
from the beings that surround you?
Or have you looked on the length of life
and chosen pathways filled with joy,
with pain, yet always worth the trip.
have you helped mankind, or helped destroy it?
now as you look on darkness, the light fading
remember what you are worth and choose

The moon travels across the sky,
in the middle of the night way up high.
shining on leaves that the trees keep,
watching as the world is asleep.
grey clouds that no one may see,
hide the glittering stars dear to me.
theartening the moon as they creep,
watching as the world is asleep.
the water sprinkles down like tears,
making pure the atmospheres.
no one may see the sky weep,
watching as the world is asleep.
the moon travels across the sky,
watching as the world is asleep.
Time is ticking
to the end of the world
death drawing nearer
to tap you on the sholder
a slash, a cut, strength, agility
you're safe, but for how long
hidden from all of us
the Fates sit spining, cutting
and tying the threads of life,
of the souls of all beings
that create the universe.
the end comes ever nearer
their quilt is coming to a close.
the beginning so faded,
even they are unsure of all
that has past from then
to the bright colors that
are still forming a pattern.
but the thread is almost gone,
the world is ending.
You're the guy with a face dressed in blush
with dirt eye shadow and coal black liner
those blue eyes nervous to go on
and perform a show for everyone
some times you see me and others your don't
you don't talk to me but sometimes you do.
my mind is twisting and turning
turning about.
loving and hating you
for all the good and the bad.
sometimes i love you and others i don't
you are too funny and too much of a jerk
so tell me now, if you can talk
why do you see me and not really look
why do you say things but not really speak.
Fatalistic nighttime lover i am, my dearest man,
enchanting is what i am
my piercing eyes reflect my deepest self
my lithe body moves not like any other
every burning star glitters in my mind as we dance
For here you are hunting for a love
Although you search for a gentle soul
Tonight you find another, a fighting woman
All night you'll hear the music of my shimmery hair
Lovers tonight, the fairys twitter around us
Ephermal breezes whistle and rustle our souls.
The wind holds the power
to carry the lowest soul
to the highest of all mountains
let yourself be taken,
be held in its power
fly among the clouds the stars the birds
see the sun up close, let it carry you.
the breeze brings the fragrances of
all exotic flowers. The jasmine
circles you, calling, the soft scent
teases in the light zephyr. The wind
tickles the green leaves upon the tallest trees.
the wind also battles on the darkest of days.
The mixture of clouds, fear, rain,
and fury fight along side And against the wind.
Raging against the hard angry reign of
humans. The droplets pushed by the tempest,
hit you
Silver blossoms on a tree,
a tree that leads to fairies,
elves, ogres, wizards and queens.
grass, made of unearthly green emeralds
an accidental ball rolled under takes you away
to a land unlike ours;
ours is full of ruined cities
and ruined people,
murders in the streets,
and corruption
in this far reaching world
leave here into a world of
magic, Good's triumph over the cold dark evil that is our home.
a single petal tastes of ambrosia, sweet nectar of the heavens
where mythic legends, gods and goddesses
lounge to watch the misery of reality.
they laugh in their world-changing quarrels
and easy living of love.

Sitting on a stage, a nymph, a girl
among creatures so different from her
Big Brown eyes, with a hint of a
seductive grin, looking, glancing
from a noted page to a conductor's baton
to the others surrounding her slight body
the warmth of the night consumed
in her wooden flute between her ever moving fingers
dreams of the wooden homeland, birthplace,
her flute moves and trembles with the
remembrance of her faraway home
the dances of the trees with the spinning fawns
carrying out the unforgetable yet
somehow forgotten tune
of the woodland flute's deep resounding sounds.
Sad solumn yet fulfilling. hope and fear.
