CSTO

Collective Security Treaty Organization or CSTO: a regional international organization[6], whose proclaimed goals are “strengthening peace, international and regional security and stability, collectively protecting the independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of the member states, in achieving which the member states give priority to political means”[7 ].

The beginning of the CSTO was laid on May 15, 1992 by the signing of the Collective Security Treaty in Tashkent (Uzbekistan). The highest body is the Collective Security Council (CSC), which appoints the Secretary General of the organization[8]. The total population of the countries that are members of the CSTO is 193,835,249 people (2021). The number of peacekeeping forces for 2022 is 3,600 people[9].

From the words of the author of the poster: For some, it will be like a copy of the well-known organization "NATO", but as for me, there will be other military blocs in the future that can copy each other. And yes, the CSTO itself can be said to be different from the NATO bloc
