Anyway, I wanted to share what’s been going on with me lately. I was staying at my grandmother’s place when I found out my father had been discharged from the hospital—this was back at the end of summer. My younger half-brother (on my father's side) passed the news on to me. That day, I was heading to a gaming center and decided to call my brother to arrange picking up a game console. It turned out he was home and suggested I drop by. So, I went straight to my father’s place; I wanted to see how he was doing and what condition he was in. When I arrived, I saw his condition: he was thin, slightly pale, and lying in a special medical bed. His voice was weak and quiet—I had to get closer to hear him. It was a relief that he remembered everything, but it was really hard for me to see him like that. I shared my feelings in a group chat with friends and called my grandmother—she was visiting someone at the time. I’m back home now, waiting for the next chance to see my father; I hope Mom
