In the next few months Alexine will have to cut back on some expeditions, let some pesky mummies run free, and might not pick up when Cthulhu calls. It's not so much a question of priorities (drawing will always have priority for her), but more of realities. But there's no reason to complain - she was blessed with the greatest of all presents and she is happy and thankful with every new day. Even when "every new day" means 1 am in the morning. Followed by 2 am in the morning. Followed by 3:30 am... you get the idea.

Many, many apologies to anybody who might have accidentally passed by the dusty fusty halls that once were Alexine Pankhurst Museum. It's been 40 weeks since the last post, upload, comment... you name it. What happened to our intrepid explorer of Mesoamerican and Mesozoic Menaces? Was she devoured by a Torvosaurus gurneyi, a Nanuqsaurus hoglundi, or maybe even an Anzu wyliei? Come on, the last one's a caenagnathid, you didn’t honestly believe this would happen?
Did Cthulhu call and she forgot to answer? Of course not!

Zounds! Alexine Pankhursts cute little (but unfortunately not yet housebroken) pet animal Ammit, the devourer of the dead, was set loose in the Ancient Egypt Wing of the British Museum. Now all the mummies are unwrapped and the sarcophagi and hieroglyphic scrolls are a mess. Poor Alexine! Due to this little inconvenience she will be rather busy during the next few weeks, therefore posting of fresh stuff will be little bit lighter.
In exchange, she will present illustrations that were clearly heavily underrepresented so far... namely dinosaurs, and more dinosaurs. Lots of dinosaurs! Tons of dinosaurs! Dinosaurs up the wazoo! Sh*tloads of dino
