Elsa the Snow Queen (Second Drawing)

My latest achievement and probably the best one I've done so far.

I took my time with this one getting down to the tiniest detail as far as my eyes could see.
I finally found the colors for her pale pink skin and her ice cream blonde hair. Using stars and transparent tools I created for her a sparkly transparent cape blowing in the wind along with her long blue gown.
