Samyel - Chronicles of Yria

A big character commission that was a perk in my "Myre - Chronicles of Yria" crowdfunding campaign two and a half years ago.
From a list of 14 different types of Yrians, the ones who pledged on "Champion of Yria" could choose one style to have their character drawn in the style of my graphic novel. Many of my commissioners wanted to be a merchant. This one was especially fun to paint because I took the chance to design a new desert dwelling creature for Yria along with it.

I'm greatful for my supporters' immense patience with me. I'm currently waiting excitedly on the first proof prints of "Myre"! It feels so strange to be doing single pictures instead of pages that contain several sequences.
