Balance

We traditionally see these two locked in a staring contest, often tracing out the opposing sides of a yin-yang symbol. Together they embody balance, representing the 'hard' and 'soft' martial art styles that masters of the art have under their command.

In this painting I wanted to have the energies moving together, towards an unknown common point, instead of having them reflected inwards.
