I knew what number to light in the tubes, so I got to work setting up.

I then hooked up the 175V supply and it lit just what I wanted!

No problem!

Since capturing the pictures on my phone I soldered the tubes to a board, right at the ends of the leads. I'll be making a nixie dial counter as shown by the schematic shown in this link.

But the rotary switches won't arrive until October.

I can still test them, even without the switches.

I just need the wire soldered to the board. Then I can do more pre-project breadboarding to test the tubes on there.
