"With or without officer Bane in charge, the crime in Canidale never rests. Someone needs to quickly take over his post before some of the more mischievous individuals notice. There's a table listing out all Bane's patrol locations for the upcoming week that can be seen through a window of the police station if you stand at the right angle. 

What will you do with this knowledge? And even then, how would you get the unruly to behave like Bane did just with his intimidating presence?"
