Quite noble I dare say, but what else do you want to achieve in your time staying here? Provided this is a temporary stay, you may only have so much time."

— "Hello there, little Miss! It's a pleasure to get acquaintanced with such a courageous lady, I trust your skills will be a great aid to us in retrieving the officer. You see, when I first heard about my transfer to Canidale, I was ecstatic about our reunion and rekindling of some old memories. Arriving here to the terrible news of him gone, I still find it hard to busy my mind with anything else but the tangle of leads that may bring us to solving the case. But in time… I wouldn’t mind getting to know the dogs of Canidale better. My duty is to serve and protect my nation, therefore I swear to do my best to fill the role of your guide during Bane’s absence. There is noting to worry about, after all I am known to be the best of the best."

"Officer Gale, it's nice to finally meet you. If I could have a moment of your time. I was just wondering... I keep hearing about the search for the missing leaders and the fact you came here to help, but from what everyone's been saying... Well, it sounds to me more like everyone else in Canidale's been looking while you claim to be aiding. So, if I may, what are you actually doing to help track down leads and find the missing dogs?"

— "The police station is leading their own private investigation. As an officer of the law I cannot spread any confidential information to civilians. It's simply the risk of information reaching the wrong pair of ears and if we want to succeed, we must be one step ahead of the criminals. However rest assured, we are doing everything within our power to find the missing dogs. If you wish to help yourself, there are certainly ways in which you can help us eliminate the dead-end leads. Whenever you notice something unusual, drop by the police station. And even if there's nothing, reports on your everyday business might also be beneficial to the investigation."

"Gale…I have sources that tell me you may be aiming high in the rankings now that Bane is gone, ensuring every pet and farmstead dog knows you but I wonder, do you intend to make life better for all dogs or just your collared friends. The Strays are in a tense situation now, afraid of what new changes will bring to us and our way of life. For my own peace of mind…and be honest with me, do you only aim to aid in dogs in a faction or does you aid spread to all of our canine kin?"

— "I was his student. His first and... apparently best apprentice. You know nothing about Bane like I do, you are not the one who spent years fighting beside him on the field. I'd wager a guess that until he is found I'm your best guarantee of keeping peace and order in Canidale. Thanks to his teachings I can ensure that life goes on unchanged."

"Evening, Officer Gale. I'm Officer Kalli with the Canidale Police Department. It seems that we will be working together apparently, so I thought I’d stop by and get ourselves acquainted. However, something has been bothering me. I’ve heard word around town that you have special connections to our missing Leader. Some claim you might even be kin of Bane. Oddly enough, Officer Bane never mentioned a 'Gale'. Then, you suddenly arrive after he vanishes. That timing is a bit convenient in my opinion. So tell me Officer Gale, what exactly is your relationship with him?"

— "Pleased to make your acquaintance, Officer Kalli. I'm truly impressed by the work you're doing there, though obviously I'd never expect anything less from a police station managed by Bane. I've had the pleasure to train alongside him for many years back then in Afghanistan. Him and his brother. He was originally my mentor until... I'm sorry it's still very hard for me to even think about that. We have grown really close after that, it was easier to cope with it together. It is not up to where I will be stationed next, just as it was this time. However I hoped for a chance to reminisce on the past. To hear about the kidnapping..."

Like, don't worry, I don't mean in any rude way. it's okay to be from out of town! But uh, I just heard you were from out of town, so where were you previously before coming to Canidale...?"

— "Oh I have been to a lot of places! One could say I have travelled all around the world! Middle east, west Europe, US, Canada. What place would you like to hear about most? Me and my partner, we never had any long-term station assignment. You see, he doesn't have a family so the big heads above are taking liberty to send us wherever there's a need for assistance. But I'll tell you in secret - after a life on the road I'm just yearning for a place to settle in for good."
