One day, at the scene of a fire, Jack Slater found the perfect fireman axe. It was made of a gold-uru alloy and could transform into any weapon. That was the day he became Jack Slater... with an axe. "I need a partner now" said Jack, so he held try-outs to find so-called partner. "My name is Guitar Cop" said Guitar Cop (played by Bruce Springsteen). "C'mon, let's go fight the dinosaur mafia" said Jack to his new partner. After an intense fight with the dinosaur mafia, Guitar Cop get's some dinosaur blood on him, which transforms him into "Dinosaur Commando".
