Commissioned in 2010 for the book "Time Crime", by H. Beam Piper and John F. Carr, published by Pequod Press.
This is the futuristic city, from which the Paratime Police run various timelines, which includes the "Kalvan Kingmaker" timeline, of which I've done several covers in this gallery.
