Hah, I was thinking that myself as I was typing, and that is a very good point.
Well, I'll tell you what I get from it. There are many aspects to take into consideration, different focuses that each speak a bit for themselves and again together as a whole. Here is what I observe. The electrical iris, The well defined lashes, and slightly bloodshot eyes.
As they say, the eyes are the window to the soul, and you have done an excellent job of capturing the infinite depth of the eye. It appears to go on forever, and as you look it seems to pull you in.
I dont know what to make of the defined lashes, it may simply be a focal factor framing the eye.
The bloodshot eyes indicate stress, sleeplessness, or trauma.
So with the three together along with the title "soul fractures" it seems to me that the photos speaks of perhaps a tragedy and the stress/trauma that the survivors inherit. the Endless depth of thought matches the depth of the eyes. Sometimes when these things happen we think of both everything, and nothing all at once. It has a feeling of being lost. naturally the bloodshot eyes show that there has been a decent amount of distress.
Anyway, that would be my interpretation. Its fun how the brain reads things. And now I am going to take a nap.
