You have to cross your eyes until you see three images. The middle image is the one that will be in 3D. Let your eyes relax until the middle image comes into focus.
I'm a fan of 3D pictures of flat things because it brings out the subtle texture and planar differences. Here you can see the different planes of the cracked tile pieces. Also the reflection from the rain lets you see past the ground at what is being reflected.
