Update for 2020~

Hi guys! If you noticed, I just uploaded a copy of my commission info. That serves as a copy of the 2019 rates so I won't forget (or a reference for the ones in the current waiting list), since I will now be changing the prices and the payment terms for next year. The current waitlist will now be closed this December, but I won't be completely closing commissions. That means, the current prices and terms are still in effect for the ones in this list until I'm finished with all of them. The new ones who are interested will be put in a 2020 waitlist with the new prices and terms. I chose December to close the list because it's already long and I won't be able to finish all of it in just a month.
