Well... I know that's not the best way to start a story, but that's the first that came to my mind. After sitting here, in this cold darkness, all I can think of doing is telling someone what happened that Christmas Eve.

At the age of 11, Anna was always what she defined as a "good girl". Her relationship with her parents was perfect, and her fun personality pulled people into her circle of friends.
