Unknown Tattoos by AkuOreo Unknown Tattoos by AkuOreo
Another fuzzy dragon anthro.. I like those types more then the scaled ones. There is only two in the dragon series.

This is a anthro version of a old dragon race I had made up awhile back. Normally they are just white.. I added more to it so it wouldn't look boring.

The trigger is the tattoos she has on her legs and wrists. She doesn't seem to mind the change.

Have another that's already inked and a little colored but I'm kinda stuck on it. Not sure of what color the scales should be.

Art and character belongs to: Me

"Man," she thought, "I need a break." Sitting on a low brick wall that served as a railing, Tracey lay back and let her arms dangle over the sides. On one arm, she felt a splash of refreshing river water. Leaning back up and looking, she saw what turned out to indeed be a river. "Well," she thought, "I guess I could use a cooling rest." Pulling her shoes off, she stuck her bare feet into the river and playfully kicked a bit for 2 minutes. "Mmm, this feels much like a pedicure. And since no one's watching, and long as I'm wet, I might as well take a bath in here." But as she withdrew her legs, something glowed on her soaked arm. Glimpsing at the light, she saw a strange tattoo. "Funny," she said aloud, "I don't remember getting one." At that moment, her legs began to turn pure white! "Okay...What's going on here?"

i think that since ths tattoos are ancient runes, they could have always been there and she didnt notice until in a magic filled area, which is where they actually appeared and caused the transformation. note: this is a theory.

I gotta say, this is probably my fav out of the Dragon series. I wasn't even aware there was such a thing as a furred dragon - within the dragon mythos, of course.

BTW, that face is ADORABLE!

Ah, another mid I wish was complete. You have a very good talent for making characters/species look original, so it would really look nice to see the completions of the mid-transformations you've done.

The tattoos themselves are utterly beautiful. I think this may be one of my favorite color schemes you've used in your works. The blue/white theme goes over very well. And I've never seen a furry dragon before, but I do enjoy the look.

i like the way the runes look on her, it complements the other colors very well.

Fuzzy dragons....Ummm...sorry, just can't see it. Reminds me more of a fancy colored gryphon...or hippogriff....or some kind of mythical, winged mammal. Just no dragon.

Regardless, nice work as usual.

Dragons aren't real so there is no boundaries. You have to keep this in mind. So they can have fur or scales. Really matters on the writer of what they consider a 'dragon' looks like.

Yes, you're right. I was just shooting my mouth off...

Inner Self- Again!

...As to how it initially struck me. I wasn't critisizing, just making an observation based on my own imagination.

My deepest apologies if I upset/offended/anything-elsed you with my comment.

I really do enjoy your work, by the way. ^_^

Hmm, even though I'm not too much of a furry dragon fan, this is a great example to prove that they're as good as the scaled dragons. Her pose with one foot in the water looks quite well relaxed, and the expression on her face is appropriate for the art. Very well done!

I must agree with you, Aakashi, fuzzy type dragons are preferable to scaled dragons. ^ ^

also, it's rare for your "victims" to not entirely mind the transformations.
