Sunrise Arcane

This willfull male dragonling has deep-set orange eyes that are like two glowing embers. His fine, wavy, orange hair is very short and is worn in an artistic style. He is very tall and has a boyish build. His scales are orange. His face is more human than reptilian. He has thin horns on the side of his head. He has webbed ears. He has a series of quills running down his back. He has human-like hands and clawlike feet. He has membranous wings. He has a small,thick tail tipped with a bony blade.

This literally took forever... a few reasons include: I'm an amateur, I use mouse, and I'm an amateur using Gimp with a mouse. I ended up using nearly 7 hours, with 23 layers. 3 hours was spent actually drawing it before I scanned it and (attempted) to colour it... (the reason I was using Gimp is because Photoshop broke down)
