The North American Discworld con was loads of fun and I met so many kind and intelligent people! I wish I had a way of going to the next one in 2 years...but unless it's even closer to home, I don't see it happening. :(Best my heath had been in months too.  I hope I didn't use up all my luck at once.Won an honorable mention on my Ozma picture.  I would love to win first place in something creative...maybe another time.

If anyone wonders why I rarely post these days, it's because I've been having a lot of neurological problems.  I'm starting to be able to sketch a little bit at a time again, but the treatments are very aggressive and I'm usually too weak to do anything but watch tv and sleep.Totally going to  https://www.nadwcon.org/  though!  I do love discworld...even if I have to be in a wheel chair by doctor's orders. =p  (and I shall be in debt even further, but it will be worth it!)
