Okay this was defiantly not easy, and due to the largeness of the file I was not able to include how to make the little belt cover do-dads and the belt which I will just explain below. Hope it helps people a bit...

.:belt:.
1) take either an old belt or a piece of vinal and sew the top, bottom and sides down. Then using fabric paint that matches the red fabric, or thong for the skirt, and paint it.

2) Sew flat pant hook and eyes to the ends and there you has her belt... it is really easy...

The belt cover things I will make a little mini tutorial for soon.... hopefully ><;

I will hopefully have a tutorial up soon. But It may be about a week or so since I am under pressure from a con. XD But If not I will prolly take some nice shots of my top and post them here.
