Cloth folds kick my ass most of the time, so I’m in a bit of awe about how nicely and naturally the cloak flows from her shoulders. Lovely work on the folds! I’m also digging the way you’ve combined the robotic into human anatomy. This character looks SO GOOD.

So, feedback/critique, hmmm…

Okay, this might seem a little pedantic, but honestly your drawing is so good overall, that’s all you’ve left me to give feedback on. What I’m looking at is the overall color scheme – the figure and most of her coloring feels a little on the cool side, mostly thanks to the blue and black used, and the background is a warm tan brown. What happens if you go one or the other direction?

For a quick fix (or just to see what it’s like), I’d throw a yellow (or blue or orange or etc) layer on top, go really low opacity (maybe 5-10%) and then set it to overlay. It’s a quick way to set all colors to match the ambience you’re going after. I use that trick all the time when I realize I’ve done too much mixing and matching of different light sources or color tones. Usually it works decent.
