DIGITAL PAINTING TUTORIAL

okay... the lovely requested a tutorial of how i do things from start to finish. so i did this for her. this isn't the best or the easiest method, it's just how i like to do things!

i totally forgot some stuff in here, but i tried to include screens of the tools i use.



SOMETHING I FORGOT TO STATE


i use COREL PAINTER X and ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CREATIVE SUITE 2.


also, i use a tablet. if you do too, chances are pressure sensitivity is turned on. but if not, in the UPPER RIGHT of the screen for PS, there's a little tab named "brush". you can check the pressure sensitivity box under there.

i also forgot to mention that when you use the blender in PAINTER, don't just wiggle it around randomly. move the brush in the direction you want the strokes to go - just like you would on a piece of paper.
