A resident of the jungle world of Secora, Lestrana Moorcard is one of the mysterious Albinites, a sect of humans who are gifted psychics that use their powers to protect and enact the whims of their corporate overlords. Secora is home to many native species of plants, some of which induce interesting narcotic effects. Moorcard’s physical appearance, notably her eyes, have changed significantly thanks to her addiction to the commonplace cigarettes sold all across Secora, which are made using a tobacco-like herb that induces exponentially greater psychotropic experiences the longer one smokes them.
